Steve has a wealth of experience within a high profile engineering environment where he held responsibility for engineering standards, training, H&S, QA and continuous improvement.
He joined TASC after serving 34 years with the RAF and has now accrued extensive experience within the asbestos arena. He is our principal trainer and is responsible for the delivery of all UKATA-approved Cat A&B training, developing and amending courses, and is the first point of contact for specialist advice.
His many qualifications include NVQ7 in Management, NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Environmental Certificate and NEBOSH Fire Risk Management and NVQ Assessing Qualifications amongst others. He is a Member of the City & Guilds Institute and is a Technical Member of IOSH.
His hobbies include road and mountain biking, hill walking and skiing. He retains an interest in the forces and is a member of the RAF Associations. Unfortunately, Steve is also an avid Bolton Wanderers fan and so possesses an excellent sense of humour.
